Forms that are not completely filled will not be accepted. Staff gets final say over accepted vendors and vendors must pay a $50 booth fee (all fees go towards continued programming in the Oakmont Carnegie Library Makerspace) paid by November 10th. There will be 16 vendor tables (6′ x 2′) and 1-2 artists will be chosen for the gallery wall in the hallway. Applications must be completed by October 31st. Those accepted into the fair will be notified by November 2nd. If your fee is not paid by November 10th your spot will be given to another vendor. Have questions?
