Makerspace

Our Makerspace is a community space where you can make, create, design, and build! Located on our Lower Level, we have fiber arts supplies, a 3D printer, a Cricut vinyl cutting machine, a Brother sewing and embroidery machine, and a music station with midi keyboards, a microphone, and recording software! We also have art and crafts supplies, Snap Circuits, VR goggles, a button maker, two Makey Makey keyboard controllers, and more.

The Makerspace has weekly open hours and Kelsey (boltzk@oakmontlibrary.org) will be on hand to supervise, answer questions, and arrange training!  We’ll also have arts and crafts supplies available so you can get creative.  No registration required, just stop by.

We also have fun programs scheduled all year long for all ages! Check out our Upcoming Events page for more details about programs and events.

Interested in training? Contact Kelsey Boltz at boltzk@oakmontlibrary.org or Stephanie Zimble at zimbles@oakmontlibrary.org.

See our Makerspace policies and agreements below!

Thank you to the Friends of the Oakmont Library for their contributions to our space.
